The Company has a significant presence in the fmcg space through its consumer division and has a 100% EOU (Instant Tea Plant)Strategic Human Capital Management; Recruitment; Talent Management; Learning & Development; Compensation & Benefits; Rewards & Gifts; Transfers & Placements; Orientation/Induction/On Boarding; Welfare and Healthcare.I also lead the Company\'s ESG and Sustainability portfolio as its Chief Sustainability Officer, driving crop certifications for social and environmental sustainability standards viz, SAN Standards, Organic, Fairtrade, Utz, ETP etc. that has transformed the lives and livelihoods of a combined residential workforce of 38k+ and resident population of 1.8 lacs across 29 Tea Gardens. In this role, I also serve on the Governing Body of the Goodricke School for Special Education that supports over 100 children with special needs (autism, cerebral palsy, MR).I Lead the Human Resources function in Goodricke Group Ltd and four other associate Companies.
