ABOUT PRANJALI K.
I am a licensed advocate in Nepal. Following my internship at the Supreme Court of Nepal, I worked with a non-profit organization focusing on combating internal trafficking and liaised with the Office of Government Attorney in the Kathmandu Valley on strategic litigation, particularly to support minor victims of domestic trafficking referred by the Anti-Human Trafficking Bureau of Nepal. I have maintained a 90.6% bail rejection rate and instructed over 100 police personnel, leading legal awareness workshops with more than 700 individuals on the national and international frameworks regarding trafficking in persons. My research focuses on comparative legal and policy analysis of the international law framework with the Nepali legal framework in International Human Rights Law, with its intersections to different branches of Public International Law.
