I am an HR Business Partner with hands-on experience across HR Operations, HR Analytics, Performance Management Systems (PMS), and Organization Development (OD), working closely with business leaders to translate people strategies into measurable business outcomes.My work sits at the intersection of data, process, and people. As an HRBP, I partner with leadership teams on workforce planning, attrition management, talent interventions, and employee engagement, ensuring HR decisions are aligned with business priorities rather than operating in isolation.I have a strong analytical bent and actively leverage HR data to build dashboards, track trends, and generate insights across headcount, attrition, tenure, performance, and diversity metrics. I enjoy moving beyond reporting to storytelling with data—helping leaders understand what is happening, why it is happening, and what action to take next.In the PMS and OD space, I have worked on designing, improving, and operationalizing performance cycles, role clarity frameworks, tenure and grade-based analysis, and organization-wide interventions aimed at improving effectiveness, accountability, and employee experience.
