Maintained comprehensive Confluence documentation, version-controlled updates, and audit-ready artefacts aligned with iGTB governance, bank controls, and product standards. Enabled reporting capabilities across Payments & Collections, including BO/FO reports, TFRD/Remittance reports, Billing Computation updates, charge-level visibility, and enhancements for CNR reports. Supported configuration of end-to-end Payment & Collections product setups.
