About Pranjal Vig
What gives a person the strength to wake up every morning and go to work or stay infront a screen 24x7? There are many answers such as financial incentives, need for achievement, the desire to grow and the list goes on. I am a Bsc Economics & Management graduate currently working towards a CIPD Level 5 qualification in People Management and the reason why I introduced you to those sentences above, is because it is my personal as well as professional goal to support and guide people in preserving and escalating those innumerable variables in the list within a conducive environment. I chose Human Resources as my career goal and worked in several capacities such as interning for Tata Motors, acting as a research fellow for my own university etc, to enhance my skill-set in order to deliver those variables to the people around me in an impactful and sustainable way. My working style is a combination of evidence-based best practices and emotional intelligence, and I always seek to elevate this combination to the next level by engaging in challenging opportunities such as the research fellowship that I am currently working on.
