At Barmalt Malting india pvt Ltd I am gaining hands-on experience in Malt Production This provides me with a comprehensive understanding of the malting process.Currently I am responsible for Monitoring shifts and managing the production status as per the planning. Other major responsibilities include manpower handling, shop floor observation, follow-up and monitoring, complete execution of planned activities and their verification. Machine maintenance, Power and fuel consumption records, Defects monitoring and evaluation, Process breakdowns and their tracking, and Deviation handling. I work for 6 days a week. Flexible to extra working hours even.I also have an excellent record of completing my tasks within the stipulated time with almost no errors. On-site Training to workers and operators.Equipped with GMP and GHP. Traceability of batch records during an audit is one of the recent skills that I can add. Handling production plans and giving new ideas for the betterment of the plant is my current agenda. Equipped with adequate knowledge of the quality of malt being produced. Knowledge of the entire process and product flow chart from raw material to finished goods and a Special Variety of dark malt production and its time-temp profile.Well-acquainted with most of the SOPs and planning related to malt and malt production. Future perspective: Implementation of Kaizen for the continuous improvement.
