Currently, I am a Software Development Manager leading a team of 10+ engineers, including Architects, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers, and Test Engineers.In my current role, my team manages a regulatory software auditing solution for Oracle Health, which tracks user access to confidential patient data in EHRs and other clinical systems. Patient privacy is central to healthcare cybersecurity, and our solution ensures compliance and robust tracking to safeguard sensitive information.I excel in both technical leadership and people management. My experience spans the entire product development lifecycle, with a focus on modernizing products by leveraging Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and native cloud services. I am skilled at driving strategic process improvements and harmonizing workflows across teams. With a strong design and development background, I have successfully handled complex modules in large software platforms and have deep expertise in various technologies and cloud platforms.My technical expertise includes working on the Azure cloud platform with tools like Delta Lake, Azure Data Factory, Data Lake Storage Gen2, and Private Link. I have extensive experience in ETL and data processing for both structured and unstructured data, along with a strong command of DevOps practices (CI, CT, CD).Additionally, I specialize in developing distributed and web-based applications using Java, Spring Boot/microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, and Spark Structured Streaming.
