   Identified a gap in student clubs where members were expected to arrive with skills but lacked structured mentorship, defining the need for a development-focused initiative- Led the ideation of Evolve, assembled a core team, and aligned members on vision, goals, and program structure- Designed scalable mentorship modules and collaborated with Vice Presidents by assisting in their tasks to integrate skill-building into existing club functions- Established a foundation for a sustainable mentorship model, positioning Evolve to enhance engagement and long-term growth for future members.
