As a Chemical Engineer, I have keen area of interest in process engineering & technical service. I have Completed my process design engineering course from SB Technologies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. and my area of interest in Line lists, Valves and Application, Line Sizing, Heat Exchanger Design, Controls Valve Calculation, Pumps Calcularion, Storage Tanks Calculation, PFD, P & ID, Breather valves, Air Moisture separator, Process Datasheet ( IPDS & EPDS) & work related Debottlenecking project and software like HTRI, Aspen Hysys etc I have total three year of work experience in chemical intermediate manufacturing unit. As a chemical engineer serving as a Production Officer at IVP ltd tarapur, mumbai. Previously associated with Alembic Pharmaceuticals Ltd Vadodara as Production Executive in API manufacturing unit. having knowledge about ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Policies also having a key role in commissioning activities, process optimization and plant start_up activities. worked on SAP system, LIMS system & WIND system. and filing online E_BMR & following GMP protocol for safety purpose. Multi Organics Pvt ltd Chandrapur as a Jr. Production Officer for 2 years. in which i\'ve experienced about manufacturing processes within a chemical plant, ensuring efficiency, safety, quality & various types of operation. Responsibilities include optimizing production methods, conducting quality test, troubleshooting issue, maintaining dacument by filling logsheets & BMR, work in batch as well as continuous process, deep understanding of chemical processes, adherence to safety regulations and effective leadership to ensure smooth operations and product excellence. also i\'ve work experienced in pilot plant, batches to scale up production activities, process optimization, plant set up activities and commissioning activities.
