Preparing and conducting development reviews / root cause problem solving- Lead projects with team of 12-15 members- Work allocation of team members. Ensure processing is as per agreed Turnaround time (TAT) andService Level Agreement (SLA) for BAU transactions and performing a quality review based on theentitlement to review the correctness of processing- Review and Validation of W8, W9 and Other FATCA/CRS form- Own and deal with complex complaints as SME- Understand the value of complaints and customer relationships- Know when to involve other functions (Policy, Business Solutions, etc)- Engage with Business partners/stakeholder to capture feedback from business, resolve queries and concerns- Adherence to Risk & Compliance guidelines- Multi tasking – working on multiple short term/long term assignments/projects simultaneously- Sources to use for the analysis and prioritizing requests & deliverables- Internal / external stakeholder deadlines- Work closely with the Internal Audit and Compliance teams to consider results of internal audits- Managing the effective analysis and propose changes to meet Business requirement- Provide timely and accurate status reporting as appropriate- Provide advice and resolution of complaints/queries both internal & external- Respond to stakeholder/partners/teams queries on mails and manage escalations effectively- Managing internal / external stakeholder/partners/teams expectations- Manage operational risks and build a culture of control- Provide list of self-identified issues and implement agreed mitigating action.
