Work with the Business Consulting leadership team to achieve the strategy, wider ambitions and plans for growth.• Support business growth by identifying new opportunities across new and existing clients and assist successful pitches for consulting projects across various sectors.• Develop and foster positive relationships with the clients and wider external network in a trusted advisor capacity.• Lead a diverse team of consultants in delivering high-impact business consulting engagements, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.• Manage end-to-end client engagements, from initial consultation and strategy development through implementation, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term relationship building.• Demonstrate exceptional project management skills, leading large and complex transformation programs to deliver tailored solutions on time, within budget and managing project risks. • Demonstrate knowledge and insight into the business and operations challenges the clients face in the Lead-to-Cash Lifecycle across the sector.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e, other studios) to deliver comprehensive business solutions that meet clients\' needs.• Support the development and expansion of the Business Consulting practice, enhance service offerings, and foster a culture of excellence to continue the growth of the business.• Coach junior team members on the methodologies and sharing business consulting knowledge.
