   Customer Experience Projects:Working on the most robust automated applications which solves Goibibo Customer Care service to achieve - Faster turn around - Customers to solve their post sales queries- Collect customer feedback on booking experience and Travel experience. Loop back the feedback into measurable action points to the respective product.IVR:Built smart blocking feature to reduce agent calls and thus reducing agent calls by ~ 50%- 60%. Tech Used: Python, Django, Amazon Polly etcNPS:Extended existing feedback collection framework for other new LOBs. Added additonal channel for NPS collection (whatsapp) thus increasing response rate from ~3% to ~8%. Tech Used: Celery tasks, Python and Angualr JS.Customer Delight:With replacing direct cash refund as CD with goPass helped Hotels LOB to reduce loss by ~Rs30Lacs per month. Tech Used: Python Django, JS, HTMLCTI(Customer Telephony Integration):Built agent flows for new LOBs optimised new FD ticket creation flow. Tech Used: Python Django, Angular JSUnification:Worked on unifying GI tech tools with MMT tools to have a single platform to solve customers queries which can drive both GI and MMT customers. Tech Used: Java, Spring boot, Couch base etcAlong with above, I have setup the process to work seamlessly with various stakeholders with the help of Product manager, Project manager and IT support team. This involves planning and executing weekly sprints in agile environment.
