Have good experience in working with BULLHORN – have very strong understanding of BULLHORN.•Gathering requirement from Account Manager and submitting profiles back to them in quick TOT•Using Bull-Horn as ATS•Having experience of Direct Client’s requirements.•Sourcing profiles using different job boards, LinkedIn, and references for the assigned requirements.•Keeping the consultant warm with the updates on the submissions made to reduce the chances of Back-outs.•Monitor and prioritize requirements based on the difficulty, level of competition and chances of closure.•Relationship building with the Hiring managers, Procurement officers towards providing excellent solutions.•Managed the entire life cycle of employment, including recruiting, hiring, counselling and support.•Identify future talent needs and pro-actively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.•Diligently checking the Dashboard and ensuring 100 % coverage with quality submittals on all requirement flow.•Simultaneously worked for UK, Europe, Switzerland, and India requirements for HCL and made some placements as well.
