About Pranay Thakkar

I have more then 7 years of experiences. Under medical billing(2.5 years), payroll processing (more then 3.5 years). I am good in ms excel and powerpoint. Under payroll process i am handling payroll for Canada(weekly, bi weekly and hourly payroll), US (weekly, bi weekly and hourly payroll) and brazil (Monthly payroll). Under payroll process my job is to collect data, calculate and process inputs in system. I use to handle end to end payroll activities such as calculating paychecks, inputs additional data received from HR such as bonus, severance payment, comissions, salary update, retro calculations, vacations. Apart from this i also use to track activities like overtime processing, termination, new hires, W4 form, state tax form, lock in letter, solving employees query related to paychecks or timecards. Currently working with WNS as Senior payroll specialist and my job is same what i have mention for wipro, the only changes is software. I worked on SAP, ADP and cloudpay payroll systems.
