Leading the development and execution of the Group’s decarbonization plan to achieve CO₂ reduction targets-Implementation of energy efficiency initiatives and zero emission projects customized for each production site-Managing the strategic allocation of CO₂ Sustainability CAPEX to decarbonization projects, including project selection, authorization, business case development, and execution-Design and implementation of global sustainability KPIs to effectively track plant performance across energy and resource efficiency, including Scope 1 and Scope 2 CO₂ emissions, thermal and electrical energy use, as well as the delivery of internal trainings on climate change & decarbonization strategies-Monitor developments in sustainability regulation and standards and contribute to internal implementation efforts.(SBTi, EU Taxonomy, REPowerEU, GRI, CDP, and related frameworks)-Managing internal cogeneration plants, including performance monitoring, management of maintenance contracts & bonus/malus, and annual technical-economic reporting on the performance-Supporting the annual energy budget for cogeneration plants to forecast fuel consumption and electricity procurement-Implementation and rollout of the Energy App across all plants for real-time energy data monitoring, collaborating with cross functional teams to support the Group’s Smart Factory digitalization program-Supporting internal ISO and ISO 14001 audits for industrial plants.
