Currently working in EY as a Senior Consultant in the Finance Transformation and Outsourcing Advisory, wherein key skills include getting process level understanding and transformation initiatives, to helping clients get the best fit Service Provider partner for Outsourcing their Finance Processes. Previously, I have worked as a Procurement Presales Bid Management and Solutions executive, I have helped create integrated and compelling storylines that meet customer requirements and highlight win themes and competitive differentiators. I have worked closely with multiple SMEs, technology practices, and Delivery teams, and manage various nuances such as pricing, the strategic direction and go-to market strategies. I have successfully delivered several proposals for large and complex companies across various domains and geographies, with a strong governance structure. I hold a Master of Business Administration degree from Welingkar Institute of Management, where I followed the design thinking approach in everyday life. This approach enabled me to empathize with the customer, take stakeholders into account, and create or innovate solutions that are efficient and effective. I apply this holistic and creative problem-solving mindset in my current role, as well as in my personal and professional development. I am always enthusiastic and eager to learn new skills, connect with different people, and contribute to the industry. In my free time, I pursue landscape or abstract photography and follow sports ardently.
