By implementing custom, non-linear acceleration curves, Achieved an 80% increase in machine throughput (operational speed) while rigorously maintaining positional accuracy and repeatability.Led the development and implementation of a novel 3D vision system calibration and error detection pipeline. The solution systematically recorded position errors across the robot\'s workspace and successfully identified long-term positional drift occurring during high-repetition, extended operational periods.
