In this role, I lead the end‑to‑end strategy, governance, and execution of supply chain management data activities within a major Oracle Fusion ERP transformation program, ensuring seamless alignment with enterprise architecture, business priorities, and compliance standards. Key responsibilities include:• Strategic Planning & Governance: Lead the development and oversight of supply chain data strategy for the ERP program, ensuring all data‑related activities align with enterprise IT architecture, business objectives, and regulatory requirements.• Cross‑Functional Leadership: Manage and coordinate diverse teams—including business analysts, data analysts, procurement SMEs, and external system integrators—to define data standards, drive data migration activities, and uphold the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of SCM master and transactional data.• Data Management & Process Design: Direct the design and implementation of robust data management processes, including supplier master governance, data cleansing, validation, enrichment, and reconciliation, enabling automation, improved reporting, and enhanced decision‑making across SCM operations.• Stakeholder Collaboration & Risk Management: Partner with senior leadership, IT executives, and functional heads to assess system requirements, identify and mitigate data‑related risks, monitor project performance, and ensure successful deployment and adoption of Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
