Having completed bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, I am currently working as a Senior Manager at Urban Company where I work mainly into growth and retention strategy, operations optimization leveraging my data skills and experience. I have also previously worked as an account manager in Amazon consumer electronics and home improvement, fashion and fitness leading joint business plans and owning operations for tier 1 vendors in us marketplace, eventually growing their business on Amazon. I have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering quality results. Prior to my role at Amazon, I have co-founded and successfully ran a startup during my college days for over a year which was completely built in online mode during the covid-19 pandemic. I have also lead and been part of various student club during my academic years.With a strong focus on customer obsession and innovation, I am committed to delivering exceptional results for my clients and driving business success.
