Validation of designed CAD parts using additive manufacturing. Creating a 3D printed assembly of all sub parts before manufacturing. Used Creality K2 plus and Ender 3 with PLA & PETG filaments. Modelling, designing, modification, analysis, performing simulation of parts, dies & components and validating them. Preparation of 3D models and 2D drawing using Unigraphics NX, Onshape and AutoCAD. Preparing and managing documentation. Conducting product risk analysis through simulation iterations & performing stress analysis to enhance designed life. Analysing metal flow, cracks, and fill patterns using Forge NXT simulation software.
