This ensured compliance to global privacy laws while supporting both streaming and batch use cases• Led discussions between CRM team and Identity team to enhance CRM user data. This enabled increased marketability to about 280 million users that had provided consent.• Implemented robust development workflows and guidelines around dev, staging and prod systems.• Increased success rate of initiatives, faster ideation, build, test, learn, repeat cycles, greater speed of innovation, higher ability for junior members of the team in more complex activities due to removal of fear of failure.
