About Pranav Bhardwaj

I am an experienced HR leader with a foundation in business consulting. I began my career in consulting at a boutique firm founded by ex McKinsey and BCG consultants. Starting as a generalist, my role pivoted towards HR projects in 2012, post the first large scale transformation project related to performance management for a company with multiple businesses. My expertise in HR is derived from- Working with a leading e-commerce group in the full time capacity of CHRO. Prior to this, I had consulted multiple group companies as an independent consultant for several years- Experience as “Mentor to HRBP” at a fast growing PE funded consumer durables company. I was working directly with the promoter/ MD for developing/ strengthening HR processes- Working on several HR projects covering all aspects of the employee life-cycle (organisation design, performance management, executive compensation (including development of ESOP plans), learning & development initiatives, etc.)- Thorough understanding of key business drivers based on my exposure to business consulting.
