I am an Assistant Professor (Research) at SASTRA Deemed to be University, Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu. I am a bioinformatics researcher applying data-driven and systems-level approaches to uncover insights into biological systems.My current research focuses on analyzing omics data to understand antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and cancer biology through integrative approaches such as sequence analysis, systems biology, and network pharmacology. As a multidisciplinary enthusiast, I am interested in emerging technologies and methodologies, including NGS workflows, multi-omics integration, knowledge graphs, machine learning, artificial intelligence (AI), and language models. I am always eager to explore new avenues for applying these tools to drive discovery and innovation in bioinformatics.My research has resulted in several publications and presentations at both national and international conferences. I actively seek new collaborations and opportunities to broaden my expertise.
