In my current role at Vistra (Luxembourg) Sarl, I manage general ledger books, finalize accounts, oversee month-end activities, including posting journal entries (accrual & deferral), payroll entries, and variance analysis. I perform various reconciliations (inter-company, bank, vendor, and customer) and prepare AP and AR ageing dashboards, ad-hoc reports, trackers, issue logs, and MIS reports. Additionally, my responsibilities include overseeing all accounting processes, developing SOPs, and training team members.I also manage accounts payable, process vendor invoices (PO and non-PO), record bank and credit card transactions, handle client recharges. Moreover, I supported PTP process migration for the newly acquired entity, Kroll (Luxembourg) Management Company Sarl.
