Mainly Handling Private & Commercial vehicle after Sales claims.• Used to receive claim Intimation by Mail, Claim coordinator, Agent, Repairer over phone.• Registration of claim via customer policy details in the system software.• Verify all necessary documents at the time of physical survey of vehicle at spot and ensure damage of vehicle is in line with cause of accident or not. • Assessment and negotiation with dealer (or repairer) for repairing of claimed vehicle.• Proper tracking and reporting of ongoing and previous claims till the final settlement.• Take all necessary system approvals from management (HO) as per requirement. • Adherence to company policy, terms & conditions during negotiation with repairer.• Necessary Re-approvals for any hidden or uncertain internal damages found during repairing.• Final visit to repairer for claimed vehicle once repairing completed and verify the same. • Liability computation in system software and email the same to repairer or customer.• Settlement of claim and payment process in favor of the beneficiary (Repairer, Customer).• Resolved all queries related the claim and communicate with Customers, Repairers, Dealers, Agents, Sub Agents, Insurance Brokers, Business Team, Corporate office, Back office Team, Claim Regional Back office, Operation Team and head team.• Overall good and healthy experience in negotiation and communication with customers.
