About Pranav Sreejayan
My name is Pranav Sreejayan, and I am a college sophomore originally from Fremont in the Bay Area. As a Finance BSB student at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, I am excited to gain hands-on experience, which I hope to gain in an internship this summer!I have been taking related classes and extracurriculars to prepare for a career in growth advisory. I took classes where I learned valuable skills in MS Excel and Access. I have also been an active M&A analyst for a club called “Financial Investment Review,” which has given me knowledge about the financial world and taught me a lot about accounting and forecasting for companies that can help me in this position. These pitches have also taught me how to work independently as I research and use different valuation methods on my own time outside of class (many of these valuation methods are second or third-year material). As a result, I have also learned how to take the initiative to know what I need to complete my assignments and how to go above and beyond to make these assignments stand out, as well as the ability to analyze and deeply understand these financial statements. Additionally, my summer internship at Constellation Brands provided me with practical experience in pricing analytics, where I applied my analytical skills using PowerBI. Working in a dynamic team environment, I contributed to and won the company’s annual intern case competition, demonstrating my ability to utilize data-driven insights effectively.
