ABOUT PRANAV SAWANT
I am currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR), Mumbai.Previously, I worked at Tata Digital, where I contributed to scaling UPI platforms across merchant acquiring, issuing, and rewards. I focused on improving transaction success, enabling faster refunds, and driving user retention through campaign-led initiatives. I also led partner integrations, authored technical documentation, and served as Scrum Master during time-sensitive deployments.During my internship at Axis Bank, I worked as a Product Owner and helped design a digital onboarding journey using Video KYC. I also supported merchant acquisition strategies through reward-based incentives and market-fit analysis.I completed my undergraduate studies in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from VJTI Mumbai, where I developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills that now support my work in fintech and finance.
