As a B.Tech graduate in Computer Science from Sree Narayana Guru College of Engineering and Technology, I have always been passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems. My academic journey ignited my curiosity for business analysis, data analysis and process optimization, which continue to drive my professional endeavors.In my current role as a Business Analyst at UST, I have 3.4 years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing ERP systems, including Workday and Oracle HCM and preparing Business Requirement Documents(BRD),Functional Requirement Documents(FRD), Wireframes etc. I led the global implementation of the Workday Absence module for over employees across 30 countries, aligning business processes with organizational needs. My work spans various industries, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design solutions, manage integrations, and execute data migrations with 100% accuracy. Proficient in Power BI and SQL, I have designed dashboards that empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions, significantly boosting operational efficiency and user adoption metrics.Looking ahead, I am eager to deepen my expertise in ERP systems, data analytics, and project management. I aim to contribute to innovative projects that align technology with strategic business objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and enhanced operational outcomes.
