Grasim Industries, India - Expansion project.Offshore substation projects handled: 1. Revolution wind Orsted, Offshore substation - Fredericia, Denmark.2. TPC-II Foxwell wind, Offshore substation - Taiwan, China.PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Worked on piping routing with LFM model.(Laser scan models)Worked in brownfield and greenfield projects for piping routing with support modelling.Equipment modelling as per vendor GADs. Familiar with double wall jacketed piping layout for diesel system.Worked on general arrangement of equipment setting plan (equipment GA) and piping GAs.2018 - April 2022 Piping Designer, Larsen & Toubro, Vadodara.FGD PROJECT HANDLLED- Khargone, Lara, Darlipalli, Vindhyanchal, Durgapur, Raghunathpur, Meijia.PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Worked on JET Bubbling reactor piping & equipment modelling and planning entire piping routing surrounding of JBR. Equipment modelling as per vendor GADs. Worked on layout of Pump station piping, Plate Heat Exchanger piping, Gas Cooling piping, Compressor room piping, Pipe rack piping, Sump pump piping, Tank Piping. Worked on Process water piping, Slurry piping, Rubber lined piping. Reviewing of Primary and Secondary Structure Model and giving comments for Clashes, Additional Platform, Cut-outs and other piping requirements. Issuing Piping GA & Isometric, MTO, Pipe sloping, Quick Report, Data consistency, Clash check, Draft modules for all above piping.
