I build and scale supply chain advisory solutions and decision platforms at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and product.Over the last decade, I’ve worked across global consulting and GCC models, leading product and solution build across Plan–Make–Deliver—from demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning (RCCP/MPS/MRP) to operations excellence, network, warehouse, and transportation optimization.Currently at Alvarez & Marsal, I lead GCC-based product roadmap and solution incubation, aligned with US and EU leadership priorities.
