I build AI systems that solve real problems in engineering and infrastructure.Most AI engineers can train models. Fewer can deploy them in production. Almost none understand how EPC firms work, how infrastructure projects run, or what makes asset-heavy industries genuinely hard to digitise.I do all three.At Tata Consulting Engineers, I\'ve spent the last two years applying AI where it matters — building RAG-based document intelligence that lets engineers query thousands of pages of specs and drawings in plain language, deploying computer vision pipelines for engineering workflows, and currently developing a POC for Omniverse-based digital twins that brings real-time 3D simulation to infrastructure assets.What I actually build— RAG systems using Azure OpenAI + Azure AI Search + Azure Document Intelligence, deployed in production with Grafana/Prometheus monitoring— Computer vision and VLM pipelines for complex document digitisation using MonkeyOCR, DeepSeek OCR, and custom OpenCV workflows— NVIDIA Omniverse integrations with USD/UDS Compose and custom Revit plugins for real-time 3D engineering workflows— Scalable AI deployments on Azure with full observability stacksThe intersection I operate in — AI depth + engineering domain knowledge — is where the next decade of infrastructure technology gets built.
