Synthesizing and formulating sustainable polyurethane coatings using different oils, replacing the use of toxic isocyanates. This project aims to produce coatings that not only retain the properties of traditional polyurethane but also offer features like excellent thermal stability, reprocess-ability, and the capacity to be self-healed. Use of CO2 in making polyurethane, eliminates challenges linked to climate change and global warming while promoting a circular economy
