Requirements Engineering Management• Leading the Requirement Engineering topic with Reuse strategy• Manage the analysis of stakeholder requirements during project execution• Define the Requirements Strategy and set up the document landscape• Define Requirements Engineering Framework and RASI chart• Support the project team in reaching maturity for requirements and design process according to plan• Ensure consistency and establish traceability between requirements• Track performance of the system processes within a project via relevant KPIs • Leading the DFMEA and FMEDA with Reuse strategy• Support in define and document Technical Safety Concepts• Derive and manage safety requirements across the system and hardware• Perform safety analyses including FMEA, FMEDA, FTA• Calculate hardware metrics i.e. PMHF, SPFM, LPFM• Collaborate with design teams to integrate safety mechanisms and architectures• Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 during all development phases (concept, system, hardware)• Prepare and maintain safety work products (Safety Plan, Safety Case, Safety Manual, etc.)• Support internal and external functional safety assessments and audits• Provide technical guidance on safety best practices and support the development of safety culture
