Project Manager for EVPT (Electric-Vehicle Powertrain) Projects having HV aggregate like Battery, Motor, EVCU & Traction Cooling system, Power Electronics devices like DC-DC convertor, OBC and Aux Invertor-Responsible for managing program and end to end stake-holder support & management & on time gateway migrations (KO to DR4) as per the UPL timelines and ensuring Engineering Sign-off (ESO) with product line team-End to End Project Monitoring along with identifying the project key risk areas & initiate appropriate actions along with contingency plan, also adherence of QCT (Quality, Cost & Time) parameters along with Product delivery at defined timelines-Preparation of Project Charter along includes Risk Charter & TGR/TGW for each gateway-Budget Estimations & Planning at HV aggregate level & managing the incurrences as per KPI targets-Weekly review with Chief of competency (CoC\'s) & Monthly review with HOD\'s & Chief Engineers for briefing the project status & Risks for gateway migration-Co-ordination & Support for Mule, Alpha & Beta Build Plan based on testing & validation requirements along with Vehicle Integration team and HV Aggregates owners-Technology Creation & Development System (TCDS) Projects Budgeting - Allocating, Tracking & Monitoring the Revenue Budgets at overall Advanced Engineering level and achieving the incurrence as per the target-Responsible for BSC Portfolio management; Tracking & Monitoring the KPI targets at Advance Engineering Level through publishing the status at fortnightly & monthly level & on time escalation to Management for critical concerns.*(Working in Tata Motors over the payroll of Tata Technologies)
