I’m a Chartered Accountant and CFA Level II candidate with end-to-end experience across Investment Banking, valuations, and business advisory. My work so far has sat at the intersection of finance, strategy, and India’s evolving market landscape, whether it’s taking companies public, understanding business fundamentals, or helping management teams think through capital decisions.Across my roles in investment banking and advisory, I’ve worked on live IPO executions, structured valuations, restructuring mandates, internal audits, and financial diligence. I’ve helped draft DRHP/RHP chapters, evaluated companies for mandate screening, and delivered valuation opinions across equity transfers, buybacks, ESOPs, and slump sales. Earlier, my advisory experience taught me how financial systems operate on the inside controls, risks, reporting, and governance across AMCs, NBFCs, AIFs, and fintech players.These experiences sparked a broader interest in how Indian businesses grow:how founders make capital decisions, how markets price ambition, what financial performance truly signals, and how governance shapes long-term value. I enjoy breaking down businesses, studying sector trends, tracking KPIs, and understanding what turns a good company into a scalable one.Outside work, I like turning complex financial ideas into clear insights, whether through writing, frameworks, or deep-dive notes on companies and sectors. It helps me sharpen my thinking and stay curious about how India’s economy is transforming.I’m always keen to connect with people building in finance, consumer, and technology or anyone who enjoys conversations about business models, valuation, and markets.
