About Pranav Dubey
With more than seven years of experience at Intel Corporation as a Process TD Engineer, I spearheaded the development of dry etch processes for advanced nodes, including Intel 4, 3, 20A, and 18A. My work concentrated on addressing integrated challenges in areas such as poly gates, dielectric spacers, trench contacts, fin trim isolation, and patterned differentiated transistors. This was achieved through cleanroom fabrication, extensive big data analysis, and sophisticated process control systems. As a Research Assistant, I specialized in nanoscale heat transfer and thermal microfluidics, earning a NSF Fellowship for work on Cu-based nanostructures.
