Conduct various audits to ensure QMS compliance with standards and customer requirements such as AS9100, AESQ, ISO14001, ISO45001, and ISO9002.• Develop & implement the processes compliant with standards• e.g- APQP & PPAP (AS9145), PFMEA(AS13004), 8D NC Documentation (AS9131), Root cause analysis (ARP9136), • Conduct risk assessments and management review meetings to track KPIs.• Manage & maintain skills matrix & training records. • Delivered the training on- Human Factors(RM13010), FOD Prevention(AS9146), Counterfeit Parts, Aviation Safety(SARPs), Fraud & Falsification, and Ethical Behavior.• Develop, update and implement QMS policies, SOPs, Forms and templates following aerospace standards or customer requirements:• Policies - Counterfeit Parts, Conflict Minerals, FOD Prevention Program (AS9146), • SOPs - Work Transfer Management, Obsolescence Management, Internal Audit, In-house Calibration, • Reports - HSE Compliance Reports, Last Article Inspection Reports, Customer acceptance criteria• Ensure all equipment & machines are properly maintained and calibrated with record keeping.• Developed an internal portal for streamlined document access and promoted digital transformation
