   At Microsoft, I’ve worked on multiple core components of Azure’s Observability platform, building services that process about exabyte of logging data daily and ensuring reliability for mission-critical teams and customers-> Azure Log Analytics – Low Cost Logging Tier: Led development of the storage layer from scratch, driving the project from concept to preview and ensuring compliance with Azure ring 0 standards, SLAs, SLOs/SLIs, and dial-tone resiliency. This service underpins Azure’s recovery strategy by storing critical observability data-> Logs Uploader Service: Built and scaled the pipeline that ingests logs from customer Azure Storage accounts into Cosmos BDP and ADLS for analytics, with robust batching, PII scrubbing, and global scale deployment (expanded from 7 to 60+ clusters)-> Infrastructure Development: Worked extensively on Service Fabric, VMSS, load balancers, IPv6, and virtual networks to improve scalability, reliability, and modernization of observability services-> Logs Pub-Sub Service: Working on Stabilizing and modernizing the legacy system that delivers VM log data in near real time to analytics platforms and 1P consumers like Azure Security and Billing, working on migration efforts toward a more resilient, maintainable architecture-> Operations & Leadership: Since 2024, I’ve led weekly Sev1/Sev2 live-site reviews, driven incident resolution strategies, authored design documents, mentored engineers, and influenced long-term product roadmaps across Azure Observability.
