About Pranav Arora
An IIFT alumnus and seasoned professional with two decades of experience in various segments of International Supply Chain. Having thorough knowledge of Indirect Taxes (Customs,Liquor Excise) SEZ Laws and allied laws applicable at FTWZ and ICDs operations to deal with Indian Customs and other Participative Government Agencies on multiple trade related challenges. At present heading multiple Projects of Regulatory Affairs and Process Excellence EXIM for DP World Group Companies at Subcontinent level with a special focus on EXIM Trade of ICDs. Before joining DP World leading the Corporate Affairs team and New Business development Projects of JM Baxi Group. Before joining JM Baxi Group leading the Delhi Regulatory team of Arshiya Limited and represented the company at various Ministries and allied offices for Policy Advocacy of FTWZ (a concept pioneered in India by Arshiya Group). Developed the foundation of EXIM Trade by working on Tariff classification and Valuation of Indian Customs with CHA Companies. Special area of interest dealing with senior bureaucrats at Central and State level for Policy advocacy, Global EXIM Trade, Trade Compliance, Liquor Excise, Corporate & Regulatory Affairs including setting up and operationalization of ICDs FTWZs PBWs & Microbreweries.
