ABOUT PRANATHI SIVALENKA SAYEE

As a child, I used to make a habit to open any kind of pen I could find at home and see what was inside it. On many occasions, the click pens used to stop working after I messed it up, But I used to sit and try fixing it. This inquisitiveness has stayed with me ever since and made me always question things. At my earlier position, I learnt what it really meant to be in a customer facing role and truly enjoyed helping customers find solutions based on their requirements. During this period, I got to colloborate with various teams and started contributing to product ideation. This drove me to do my Masters in Digital Innovation where I learnt about critical thinking and ways in which design, innovation contribute to building any product or service. This helped me further at my last role in Pulsate where I set up the support processes in place and achieved excellent customer satisfaction. With the deep understanding of customer management, I look forward to apply my learnings and strategise business models based on how it benefits the user and the company at large. My skills include C, C++, Java.NET, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Python and using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Zapier, Kabana, Postman, CRM Tools and Splunk. I am also skilled at Teamwork, Time management, Agile methodologies, Critical Thinking, Technical writing, User stories and SaaS solutions. Having had the opportunity to work in fast paced industry, I am also a quick learner and can adapt easily to new processes and tools. Apart from my work, I am a self learning photographer with my interests leaning towards Street, Travel and MonoChrome and hope to grow more in my craft. I am also a classically trained musician and enjoy my time singing. I am equally a movie buff and love watching sci-fi, action and fantasy based movies among others.
