Manage and maintain the Laboratory Information System (LIS) and all third-party integrations (e.g, CernerHub, Telcor, HemoHub, ADM) across Aultman’s multi-site health system.Collaborate with laboratory and IT teams to design, implement, validate, and support system configurations that enhance clinical workflows and patient care.Oversee LIS-related projects, including system upgrades, downtime planning, data integration, and user training to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.Serve as a key liaison between laboratory leadership, clinical staff, and vendors to support real-time lab data delivery, quality assurance, and patient safety initiatives.Provide ongoing troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of LIS and point-of-care testing interfaces across inpatient and outpatient settings.Monitor help desk queues, manage system change control processes, and contribute to continuous improvement of lab information technology solutions.Participate in validation, documentation, and training processes related to LIS enhancements and new technology implementations.Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, CAP, and other healthcare regulations by supporting secure, accurate, and efficient lab data management.
