Aligning with Project managers in preparation of procurement plan and ensure proper planning and scheduling of procurement activities for assigned projects is done. • Proactive actions on all projects – Coordination with engineering and other departments to identify and overcome possible issues related to material. • Tracking material requisition from Project Manager / Project Engineer, ensure its correctness Including budget price, authorized signature, material description, quantity, delivery date etc. • Techno-commercial evaluation of offers (Instrumentation, Mechanical, S/W related, Electrical etc), establish proper level of co-ordination between supplier & technical team, preparation of cost comparative.• Reduce the buyout cost through effective negotiation, Rate contract and develop alternate source for supply. • Collaborate with engineering, proposal, operations, and finance teams to influence design-to-cost strategies and optimize total cost of ownership (TCO).• Manage Intercompany and third party supplier relationships including negotiations, cost savings, contract management, and performance evaluations.• Develop, implement, and manage long-term contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring clarity in terms, deliverables, and performance metric.Projects: Hydrocarbon (Metering skid): SHELL, Analytical (GC Shelter with integration, Control panel, sampling system and Venturi meters.): Air products, Worly and Willow.
