ABOUT PRANALI PATIL

As a QS/Estimator at CPP FM & Projects, I collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the quality and efficiency of the project delivery, from estimating and budgeting to scheduling and communication. CPP FM & Projects is a leading provider of facilities management and project solutions in the UK, serving clients across the public and private sectors.I have a strong educational background and technical experience in the construction industry. I hold a Master\'s degree in Construction and Project Management from Queen\'s University, Belfast, where I researched the implementation of technological advancements for health and safety in the sector. I also have a Bachelor\'s degree and a Diploma in Civil Engineering, and two years of on-site experience as a Civil Engineer for luxurious residential projects. My core competencies include asbestos awareness, project planning, and budget estimating. I am passionate about the innovation and improvement of the construction industry, and I aim to contribute to its sustainability and growth. I possess excellent leadership and communication skills, which enable me to work effectively with diverse teams and clients. I am always eager to learn new skills and tools, and to take on new challenges and opportunities.
