Supply candidates on open valid demands and staff according to accurate skill set and Project Manager Requirement. Coordinating with recruiters for demands in project for external hiring. Keep track on release/ roll off, abscondee, maternity & medical leave cases. Conducting induction and training programs and activities for newly joined employees. Initiated migration of entire data to new HRMS Thread system. Updation of HRMS system on daily basis. Attendance and leave management, sharing inputs to Accounts team for payroll processing. Sharing reports to Compliance vendor and data for payroll processing company. Uploading compliance data including leave registers and other required forms on client portal on monthly basis. Taking care of performance management and ratings on yearly basis. Preparing increment/ Appraisal letters. Successfully handled HR part in ISO 27001:2022 migration Audit ISO27001:2013 standard to ISO27001:2022 new standard. Grievance handling for all employees and solve their queries on urgent basis and enhancing job satisfaction. Taking care of off boarding formalities including offboarding documentation, sharing experience letters, relieving letters of resigned/ terminated cases. Management reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Part of n ALARA- Australian Client implementation project for 6 months as Oracle JDE HRMS Functional Consultant.
