My work experience in large corporate organizations and core involvement in operations at start-up environments has rendered a diverse skill set.At my current job role, I am responsible for a high level of accountability in areas of finance operations (P&L), stakeholder management, B2B client account services and implementing/ensuring adherence to process in day-to-day operations. Given the lean management/core team of our organization, I am expected and also enjoy going above and beyond said responsibilities of my job role. In my tenure here, we have achieved many milestones and I have gathered great confidence in facilitating the growth we have seen in our business. I am proud to represent one of the best last-mile logistics vendors for a global giant like Amazon.Previous to this, I was engaged with role in operations at Mahindra Smart Shift. This was my entry into the areas of logistics. With my experience here I was able to narrow down on my career inclinations. I was responsible for client account management and providing a seamless service in our operations.
