About Pramoth Adhivarahan

I work for the Offshore Business Unit of Application Services - Continental Europe of Capgemini. My current responsibility consists of managing the overall delivery of Application Management and Development of IT landscape for multinational corporations in the Consumer Products Retail & Distribution (CPRD) and Life Sciences Sector. Over the past 7-8 years have specialized in complex program management of multi-year running contracts, its associated commercials, people and overall delivery responsibilities. Before this, I was running a Shared Services team (280+) from offshore which provides mainly Delivery Support Services for Engagement and Delivery Management. This includes program/project planning, administration, maintenance and control, configuration management, financial reporting and service management. Previously within Capgemini\'s Outsourcing division, I have worked on driving Delivery Improvement initiatives for a Nordics Bank AM/AD engagement. This was preceded by a stint in Business Process Outsourcing mainly across pre-sales activities - bid support, solutioning (including commercials) as well as assessment of business processes and functions for outsourceability. Before Capgemini, I completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from IIM-Kozhikode. Prior to that I worked as a Software Programmer (Mainframes, Unix & Oracle) for Patni Computer Systems.
