In my current role as the Lead HR Business Partner at Ascendion GGM, i am responsible for structuring the HRBP team, its roles and responsibilities; create relevant HR policies and process for the employees; plan and deliver their life cycle events; create Performance Management Process and implement it; and overall ensure their smooth transition during the above change management for both the HR and the business teams. Aditionally, plan and deliver theTalent Strategy and Culture initiatives for the organization. As an HR Business Partner Associate Manager at Accenture, I leveraged my 14 years of HR experience in IT and Operations to deliver innovative and effective solutions for the people-related challenges in the Global HR Business Partner role. Earlier, I managed a team and covered a span of over 2500 employees in the Financial Services vertical, providing strategic advice and guidance to senior business leaders on all aspects of talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and policy compliance.I am passionate about driving HR excellence and innovation through sustainable self-service designs, data-centric operations, project/program management, knowledge continuity, intuitive reporting, and strategic discussions. I have successfully implemented change management, retention strategies, workforce planning, and policy advisory initiatives, enhancing the employee experience and satisfaction, and strengthening the stakeholder relationship management. I also mentor and coach the HR team to deliver in line with the business requirements and goals.
