I am currently Partner and APAC leader for Business Process Solutions in Deloitte partnering with clients in this journey.My earlier roles spans across 18+ years of post-qualification experience as Chartered Accountant (AIR:43 in Final). It has been to build and hyperscale Finance professional services practice, Finance Innovation and applied intelligence lead, Finance controller & Finance transformation SME for a global consulting major, Finance strategy lead for a Fortune 100 company, Profit improvement consultant in an entrepreneurial stint & Global leadership resource for a large conglomerate. This gives me 360 degree view to potential solutions to CFO challenges. End to end experience in bringing innovation to large BPS, incubating and scaling industrialized products, originating deals and responding to RFP’s, building teams, leading delivery to realize benefits and partnering for change management. Extensive experience in finance technologies to design, build & implement disruptive point solutions accelerating large scale transformation spread across multiple geographies covering all parts of BPS – Retained organization, Global Business services and outsourced organization. Working with more than 50 of the Fortune 500 clients, have helped realize billions of Working capital and millions of P&L savings, 25% faster close, 50% productive finance org delivering faster and insightful reports and treated as partners and key enablers for growth.I am the Co-Author of the book CFO Niti. CFO Niti brings you a never-before-seen view of the CFO office, and the leaders running India’s biggest Finance units. We bring to you the detailed stories of these CFOs—their personal journey, insights into how the CFO’s office functions and their perspectives on the rapid evolution of the CFO’s office in the past decade.
