Leads and controls plumbers engaged in all activities concerned with the civil works. Ability to optimize resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) to ensure efficient and Timely completion of the works. Able to demonstrate good organizational skills, following policies, procedures, and work practices. MEP (Mechanical, Firefighting, and Plumbing) engineers are responsible for designing, planning, and supervising the construction of various mechanical, Firefighting, and plumbing systems in buildings, including heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, fire protection, and PHE. Designing and testing mechanical and electrical systems for buildings. Coordinating with architects, other engineers, and construction teams to ensure the MEP systems are integrated seamlessly into the building design. Creating detailed technical specifications for MEP systems. Ensuring MEP systems meet the required safety and environmental standards. Managing MEP systems installation, testing, and commissioning processes. Conducting feasibility studies and cost estimates for MEP projects. Overseeing MEP maintenance and repair activities. Staying up-to-date with new MEP technologies and innovations and incorporating them into projects as appropriate. Collaborating with Clients, Consultant, Vendors, Project Managers & other key stakeholders for smooth running of project Supervising MEP activities such as, PLUMBING (External & Internal), VRV systems, Fire Alarm Systems, WTP, STP, Ventilation system, LIFTS, and escalator. Rendering assistance in estimating cost of various pre-bid items Augmenting joint measurements of items finalized on monthly basis with contractors for verification of R.A Bills Ability to read, interpret and follow method statements and procedures, specifications, drawings, and all other discipline related project and engineering documentation.
