Project Description: Managing the Multiple Engineering Projects for DR Horton Homes, David Weekley Homes, Our Country Homes, Ashton Wood Homes, Lecomte group, Meritage Homes, Pulte Regional, Risland Homes, Windsor Homes, and multiple Custom Builders, etc. Roles and Responsibilities: • Responsible for developing structural design plans and providing solutions during the complete design and construction phase. Assigned the tasks of designing structures for major residential projects. • Handle the tasks of evaluating construction document submittals to ensure conformance with construction standards. • Assigned responsibilities of investigating damages, performing root cause analysis, and recommending necessary action plans as required. • Perform responsibilities of calculating project cost estimates, and resources, and designing residential structures. Providing clients with the engineering letters and structural repair details with professional engineer seal. • Performed responsibilities of performing field investigations to ensure adequate resources and construction materials. • Always maintaining good relations with team members and clients. • Inspection Activities: Manage multiple projects by inspecting the construction phase and ensuring the structure is as per the engineering plans. Achievements: • Successfully delivered the permits/Add specs sets to clients as per planned date by working late night/weekend with a record of 14 hours. • Resolved several field issues of the contractor and builders by analyzing the design and field conditions as scheduled. • Organized and assisted in obtaining the approvals from multiple counties in 4 different states
